Delivery & Returns
Blanco Milano ships all packages via PostNL. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, under the following conditions:
- Ordered before 12.00pm, shipped the same day (mon t/m sat)
- Delivery 5 days a week.
- Free second delivery attempt if you are not at home.
- If delivery is not possible, PostNL will leave a message in your letterbox.
- No delivery charges for shipments within the Netherlands.
- Delivery charges to Belgium are € 5.95.
- Delivery charges outside NL/B are available on request.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you of this within 5 working days. The amount you paid will be reimbursed to your bank account within 14 days.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURE
You can register your returns on our Self-Service Portal. The process is easy and comprises 3 steps:
1. Sign in to your account and go to "my orders".
2. Articles: Select the articles you want to return.
3. Returns: Specify whether you want to exchange the item(s) or want your money back
Does this not work? Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will register the return for you.
After correct receipt of the returns, the purchase price will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days. Return costs will not be reimbursed. If you exchange an item, Blanco Milano will pay for the exchanged item’s delivery charges, one time only.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to exchanges or returns:
- Returns only via Blanco Milano and within 14 days of delivery.
- Clothing should not have been worn or washed.
- There should be no signs of food stains, make-up, body odours or cigarette smoke on the items.
- No attempts should have been made to repair defects.
- The original tickets and labels should still be attached to the item.
- Shipment risks and charges for returns lie with the purchaser. Blanco Milano advises customers to send returned items by registered post.
- Returns with insufficient postage or where no postage has been paid will not be accepted by us.
- In the case of product and/or delivery errors, the return charges will be paid by Blanco Milano. These will be subsequently reimbursed.
- Product and/or delivery errors should be reported to us, including a description, within 3 days of delivery.
- If our exchange and returns conditions are not met, we retain the right to return shipments to you and to charge on the delivery costs.
